I've been there.

As a school-based OT, I've dealt with all the frustrations - lack of time, inadequate support, a heavy caseload.

Before making the change from the outpatient setting to schools, I remember reading about the importance of consultation and collaboration in schools.  For some reason, it stuck with me.  I've challenged myself to find practical and realistic ways to embrace a collaborative approach.

Moving towards an integrated approach can alleviate some of the frustrations that I find so many of us face. I love helping practitioners problem-solve and find ways to more effectively meet the needs of their students.
