About Me

Hi, I'm Jennifer! Since 2013 I have been a practicing occupational therapist, beginning in pediatric clinics and finding my way to schools.

As a school-based OT, I quickly found myself providing services within the classroom setting. This started because I simply did not have a space to provide services elsewhere, but I embraced it and have not turned back.

I found myself digging deeper into how to integrate services in my students' natural environments and seeking ways to ensure skills I was targeting were truly relevant and carrying over throughout their school routines.

In the classroom I realized how much executive functioning comes into play and that as school-based OT practitioners we can make a profound impact in this area. I sought additional training and in 2022 completed a program to become an Executive Functions Consultant.

As I've talked with school-based OTPs over the years, I have realized that most feel the need for more support transitioning to integrated services.

That's exactly why I've created Jennifer Huff LLC - to give dedicated OTPs like yourself tools and guidance to empower you to confidently step into classrooms and enhance your ability to successfully collaborate on your school team. I truly believe that providing integrated services will help you more effectively share your expertise, thereby extending your reach and increasing your impact.
